28 Days Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your product we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange as long as the product is returned to us in a new, unworn condition with the original packaging within 28 days after your delivery date. We aim to issue refunds on returns within 7 to 10 days of receipt of the item back into our returns department. Please be aware, this may take longer during sale periods. If your item is faulty we can exchange for the exact same item where possible. In the event of the exact item not being available we will refund the item within 7 to 10 days of receipt of the product back to the returns department (unless we are in a sale period when issuing a refund may take longer). Please note: items bought online cannot be returned to stores.
