Australia
OverBoard Australia advertises a five-year extended warranty for eligible products after the required registration. Coverage depends on the product and the retailers warranty conditions rather than applying automatically to every form of damage. Customers should register within the stated period, retain proof of purchase and review exclusions, claim evidence and freight responsibility.
OverBoard Australia offers free returns within 30 days on eligible purchases. Products must meet the condition, packaging, authorisation and exclusion requirements, and personalised, used or damaged goods may be treated differently. Customers should start the return through the retailer, obtain the approved label and keep tracking until the refund or exchange is completed.
OverBoard Australia advertises same-day dispatch for eligible in-stock orders placed before 11am on a business day. Orders are otherwise processed within two business days, and public-holiday closures or backorders can delay shipment. Customers should confirm stock status, the applicable time zone, delivery charge and destination estimate before completing checkout.
