We understand, and thats why if you contact us at enquiries@nookie.com.au within 10 days of recieving your parcel we can send you the required RA number and the appropriate form for you to send your Nookie back with for an exchange, store credit or refund (please note, items purchased with a sales code or from the sales section are not valid for a refund) PLEASE NOTE: There is NO REFUND for items purchased with a sale code or from the sales section. Sale items are valid for a store credit or exchange.
