Customized & Monogrammed Products: If you have custom built a DODOcase or added a monogram to a stock product it is NOT ELIGIBLE for cancellation, return, or exchange. Non-Customized & Unused Products: Within the first 30 days after purchase, if you are not satisfied or change your mind, we will be happy to provide a refund (excluding shipping). Purchases from 3rd Party Vendors: If your DODOcase product was purchased through a 3rd party retailer, our 30-day warranty does not apply. All returns and exchanges must be made through the retailer you originally purchased your product from.
